Landowner: 30146

Our farm is Farm is 50 acres of mixed wetland, alfalfa field, field, and forest. There are about 13 tillable acres that have previously been grazed by sheep, harvested for hay and 5 acres which were previously feed corn production but have been fallow for 3 years.

We are interested in renting the farm land and/or farm house to a farmer who is committed to regenerative organic agriculture. There is a large barn with room for hay storage and sheltering animals. Much of the acreage is fenced. Our goals are to build the soil, respect the local eco-system, and provide a fulfilling opportunity for a farmer.
