I own 10.25 acres that historically was a pasture for cows up until 2008. The land currently is an open field on a hill that is mowed 3 times a year. There is an open field, a wooded area, a large pond in the front and a stream in the woods. The acreage is not currently being farmed. I built a small house on the lot which I currently live in. Some of the pastures are more overgrown than others and we would like to see the land used.
