Open pastureland, no trees or stumps. Owners are retired couple; husband is recently blind. Can no longer mow. Would like to see the fields utilized by a farmer.

108 acre farm. 30+ acres currently available for management intensive grazing. This land has been in CRP for 40 years. Our goal as owners is to have the land grazed so that the soil becomes magnificently productive and healthy and supports magnificent and healthy livestock! There is currently no infrastructure-no fencing, no water- so it’s a “blank slate”. There is a large bank barn which will be rehabbed in the next 1-2 years. There is a 1-2 acre pond, and a small stream. In the future there is a possibility for an additional 30 some acres to be added (we currently lease to a farmer who harvests hay.) The farm has been in the family for 100+ years. It was formerly used as a dairy and crop farm until the late 1950s, then grazed a few cattle and harvested hay for several decades, then rented to a farmer for commodity crops for several decades. The farm is currently partially idle and partially hay cropped. We do not want chemical sprays or commercial fertilizers used.

I own 10.25 acres that historically was a pasture for cows up until 2008. The land currently is an open field on a hill that is mowed 3 times a year. There is an open field, a wooded area, a large pond in the front and a stream in the woods. The acreage is not currently being farmed. I built a small house on the lot which I currently live in. My goal is to use the land for any type of farming or agricultural endeavor and develop a farming business partnership with someone who wants to lease the land.

We own a farm in Gilbertsville, PA with approximately 16 acres of growing space. In addition to growing our own crops, we offer long-term leasing opportunities for growers interested in starting or expanding their small farming business. We currently have 3 farmer tenants and are looking for additional growers interested in leasing plots of land. We have a retail stand on the property where our farm tenants are able to sell their products. Farmers can choose from plot sizes of 1/4 acre, 1/2 acre, or 1 acre. The 1/4 and 1/2 acres will be positioned with the option to expand into larger acreage over time. Our goal is to increase agricultural access to more people, so we’ll encourage farm tenants to renew their leases for as long as they want. We have a diversity of products grown on the property (vegetables, fruits, florals, etc.) using organic and regenerative practices and look forward to adding more unique products. Leases can begin immediately. Farm tenants will have access to irrigation, office use, and barn space for tool/equipment storage, with the opportunity for additional resource sharing like cold storage. Farmers will have a voice in guiding what resources and services are available to the entire group of tenants. Please reach out if you’re interested in leasing land or if you just want to connect about collaborating.

This farm has been passed down to 5 family members. It was farmed previously but has been untouched for approximately 30 years. The land would need some clearing to be able to be farmed. 150 acres, some hills. No buildings, fence or well currently.

13 acres of vacant land. Last farmed in 2021 with row crops. Come with your ideas. Open to all farming types.

We are transitioning out of farming as we want to move closer to family in the midwest and want to travel. We have a 69 acre farm that currently consists of hay fields, pastures, a pond and some wooded area surrounding a small stream. Also on the property is an 1870’s two story log house, a solid barn from the same era as well as a large equipment shed, corn crib and covered enclosure for livestock. Our farm has most recently been used to raise beef cattle, but the possibilities for other uses are open. We are looking for someone who wants to sustain the farm and who will value and work the land as a farm rather than for other uses. Chemicals have never been used on any of our land. We have a variety of equipment and supplies that could stay with the farm depending on arrangements. Equipment includes several tractors, round and square balers, rakes, brush and rotary cutters, and smaller implements such as plows, discs, scraper blades, etc. There is a gas well on the property that provides free gas to the house as well as a solar array that provides more than farm electric needs, with reimbursement to us for extra power sent back to the power company. Currently there is no battery backup system for off grid use. There are no cattle currently on the farm as the fences need work, however fencing materials are available. We are open to conventional as well as organic farming practices. The farm is located near Uniontown on a quiet road. We are currently considering leasing as well as purchase options. This property is just waiting for someone with a vision who will build on the 150 year legacy of this farm. At this time, we are only looking to sell the property, not lease it.

The property is 30 acres with approximately 8 of the acres being tillable land. There is a barn and grazing area and 4 additional tree lined pasture areas. The rest of the land is wooded. Some of the pastures are more overgrown than others and we would like to see the land used. The land hasn’t been touched by chemicals in over 50 years and current practices must be organic or regenerative. Owners of the property and currently working on renovating the home.

Our farm is Farm is 50 acres of mixed wetland, alfalfa field, field, and forest. There are about 13 tillable acres that have previously been grazed by sheep, harvested for hay and 5 acres which were previously feed corn production but have been fallow for 3 years. We are interested in renting the farm land and/or farm house to a farmer who is committed to regenerative organic agriculture. There is a large barn with room for hay storage and sheltering animals. Much of the acreage is fenced. Our goals are to build the soil, respect the local eco-system, and provide a fulfilling opportunity for a farmer. The house is a large 4 bedroom, 3 bath with garage and garden shed.
