Landowner #30170
Land has not been farmed in years. Currently being cut for cow feed. Part of the farm is being used for beef cows. Would like to see crops come to the land so it can be utilized.

Open pastureland, no trees or stumps. Owners are retired couple; husband is recently blind. Can no longer mow. Would like to see the fields utilized by a farmer.

108 acre farm. 30+ acres currently available for management intensive grazing. This land has been in CRP for 40 years. Our goal as owners is to have the land grazed so that the soil becomes magnificently productive and healthy and supports magnificent and healthy livestock! There is currently no infrastructure-no fencing, no water- so it’s a “blank slate”. There is a large bank barn which will be rehabbed in the next 1-2 years. There is a 1-2 acre pond, and a small stream. In the future there is a possibility for an additional 30 some acres to be added (we currently lease to a farmer who harvests hay.) The farm has been in the family for 100+ years. It was formerly used as a dairy and crop farm until the late 1950s, then grazed a few cattle and harvested hay for several decades, then rented to a farmer for commodity crops for several decades. The farm is currently partially idle and partially hay cropped. We do not want chemical sprays or commercial fertilizers used.

I own 10.25 acres that historically was a pasture for cows up until 2008. The land currently is an open field on a hill that is mowed 3 times a year. There is an open field, a wooded area, a large pond in the front and a stream in the woods. The acreage is not currently being farmed. I built a small house on the lot which I currently live in. My goal is to use the land for any type of farming or agricultural endeavor and develop a farming business partnership with someone who wants to lease the land.

We own a farm in Gilbertsville, PA with approximately 5 acres of fenced space available for rotational grazing. Fence is 4′ high with electric on the inside. A perfect place to raise small ruminants for meat. There is also the potential for agroforestry on this parcel of land, ideally a combination of both small ruminants and agroforestry. We have a retail stand on the property where our farm tenants are able to sell their products. We have a diversity of products grown on the property (vegetables, fruits, florals, etc.) using organic and regenerative practices and look forward to adding more unique products. Please reach out if you’re interested in leasing land or if you just want to connect about collaborating.

This farm has been passed down to 5 family members. It was farmed previously but has been untouched for approximately 30 years. The land would need some clearing to be able to be farmed. 150 acres, some hills. No buildings, fence or well currently.
Landowner Listing #30151
The property is 30 acres with approximately 8 of the acres being tillable land. There is a barn and grazing area and 4 additional tree lined pasture areas. The rest of the land is wooded. Some of the pastures are more overgrown than others and we would like to see the land used. The land hasn’t been touched by chemicals in over 50 years and current practices must be organic or regenerative. Owners of the property and currently working on renovating the home.

11.52 acres that has never been used. About half is land and half is wooded. There is a small orchard near a stream. I prefer no use of pesticides or chemicals on the land.

We borrow land from future generations. I became caretaker of these 80 acres, previously hay, beef cattle grazing, woods and wetland, when my in-laws passed away. I want to leave the land better than I found it, so am seeking a like minded person/persons with commitment, but no land base of their own to caretake this land and grow your dream. I want to help new farmers get started and gain experience without having the land investment. Prefer organic farming methods used. http://usebccinstead.info/FARM/

The total acreage is 103 acres. Ten of those acres are developed into a bed and breakfast. Not currently farmed. Terrain is mostly hilly, though we would be willing to work with the farmer to alter it to suit their needs. Very interested in hydroponic farming. In terms of buildings there is a barn though it will need some repair work and there is no fencing. We are open to all kinds of inquiries. We have 60 rooms total in the B&B and one house has about 5 bedrooms. Any of these buildings can be used as housing. The Inn will need repairs to update. We are willing to partner/lease/sell with experienced farmers.
