We are two long-time organic vegetable growers (eight years for me, eighteen for my partner) ready to bring our shared vocation to a place of our own. Farming isn’t just work for us; it’s the craft that has shaped our lives.
After years of learning what makes a farm both productive and humane, we’re building a low-till, thoughtfully mechanized diversified vegetable operation rooted in respect for soil, labor, and community. We love the rhythms, the problem-solving, the clean systems and good tools, and the way disciplined farming creates both quality products and quality of life. Systems thinking is our bread and butter—standardize, streamline, simplify- because it lets us farm with focus, care, and joy.
We’re looking for land where we can put down real roots and build a farm that reflects this calling. Good soils, reliable water, and access to strong markets matter, but so does the relationship: clear communication, shared stewardship, and a sense of mutual respect with the landowner. We’re flexible on structure (lease, lease-to-own, or long-term tenancy) and we’re seeking a place where long-term stability allows us to invest deeply in the land and community.
Ultimately, we’re looking for the right place to practice our craft and continue this vocation, somewhere we can genuinely say, “No further. This is the place.”

We are a married couple with young kids looking for an opportunity to start farming. My grandparents were dairy farmers in Chester County and my cousins currently are dairy farmers in Montgomery County.
I currently work in the Conservation/Agricultural field in the Southeast/South Central part of the state. We don’t have much experience, several years working on several dairies and experience with processing/jugging milk, but I have always wanted to be a farmer and have a true passion for farming and agriculture.
Looking for a farming opportunity in which to gain experience, build equity, and the chance to raise our kids around a farm.
Housing on the farm would be preferred.
Young couple with many years of farm experience looking for an opportunity to farm and build equity to eventually buy out farm. Both currently working off farm. Ideally an opportunity for the wife to stay home with family and care for farm animals possibly chickens and or other livestock/dairy animals. Husband would like to continue to work full time off the farm and farm on the side to build capital and equity. Eventually would love to farm full time if situation allows and income warrants.
Experience in all aspects of farm operation and anxious to start road to their own business and work towards the next generation being a part of it.
We currently operate a beef, crop and hay farm as well as manage a large horse farm and offer custom operator services.
We are always interested in local properties to grow our business. We began our business approximately 14 years ago. We have an 80 acre farm in Chester County and continue to grow by leasing and working with area landowners.
We are experienced, respectful and fair. We appreciate our landowners and honor a good working relationship.
