The ideal location for my operation would have at least 11 acres of land available with opportunity for expansion as the business becomes more successful. The eleven-acre property would be farmed using market gardening design and cultivation practices and managed by a dedicated team of employees. I am looking for 11 acres so that ten acres can be used for potential vegetable producing space with around 1 acre of space for infrastructure such as tool storage, truck parking, wash station, driveways etc.
I am looking for a partnership with a landowner that is based on trust, respect, and freedom. Seeking land that is as close as possible to Northern New Jersey & New York City population centers & sales outlets.
I am seeking a long-term lease agreement with the landowner for a period of ten years or an opportunity to purchase the right property, in the right location, for the right price.
I began farming in 2015 when leading an environmental not-for-profit organization, established a two-acre farm in NJ. In addition, I expanded my skills more in 2018 when I established a one-acre farm also located in NJ. I developed and built out all the needed farm infrastructure for these properties: greenhouse, tool & equipment storage, deer fencing, raised beds, driveways, irrigation, compost system, wash station / post-harvest processing, refrigerator, electrical system, and more. I hired a trained a Farm Manager and some amazing staff to help run the farms, enrolled the not-for-profit in the JM Fortier Masterclass, and have spent time studying successful farmers like Elliot Coleman, Ben Hartman, Curtis Stone and more.
I have been involved in all aspects of farm production: greenhouse propagation, planting, cultivation, irrigation, harvest, wash station management, packing, and distributing products out to a CSA, restaurant accounts, and selling at a Farmers Market.
I am an avid beekeeper and have managed a Honeybee Apiary for 10 years supporting 25 hives during the largest season. Photos of the farms and professional references are available upon request.

We are a married couple with young kids looking for an opportunity to start farming. My grandparents were dairy farmers in Chester County and my cousins currently are dairy farmers in Montgomery County.
I currently work in the Conservation/Agricultural field in the Southeast/South Central part of the state. We don’t have much experience, several years working on several dairies and experience with processing/jugging milk, but I have always wanted to be a farmer and have a true passion for farming and agriculture.
Looking for a farming opportunity in which to gain experience, build equity, and the chance to raise our kids around a farm.
Housing on the farm would be preferred.
Young couple with many years of farm experience looking for an opportunity to farm and build equity to eventually buy out farm. Both currently working off farm. Ideally an opportunity for the wife to stay home with family and care for farm animals possibly chickens and or other livestock/dairy animals. Husband would like to continue to work full time off the farm and farm on the side to build capital and equity. Eventually would love to farm full time if situation allows and income warrants.
Experience in all aspects of farm operation and anxious to start road to their own business and work towards the next generation being a part of it.
We currently operate a beef, crop and hay farm as well as manage a large horse farm and offer custom operator services.
We are always interested in local properties to grow our business. We began our business approximately 14 years ago. We have an 80 acre farm in Chester County and continue to grow by leasing and working with area landowners.
We are experienced, respectful and fair. We appreciate our landowners and honor a good working relationship.
