I helped my grandparents on their farms growing up. Currently raise bees and have had a garden on my property for the past 20 years. I have taking a few classes through Penn State on raising sheep and starting a small farm. I am know looking for a small farmer to raise a small flock of sheep.

We would love to sell at a market or create a small farm shop to sell out of to include other handmade items such as woodwork, hand sewn, , sourdough products, bakery items, jellies etc. my husband grew up in the country where his family owned cattle, chickens, pigs,. I am skilled at sewing and can make almost anything from scratch. My husband is a skilled carpenter, was a welder all his life by trade.

Looking to purchase a small farm under 50 acres with plans to establish trees and farm annual crops using regenerative and permaculture methods. We may get livestock down the road, but not looking for a dairy or poultry farm. It would be great to find a place that is mixed zoned for ag, retail/commercial, and residential, e.g. has a house and barn/garage/workshop. In terms of the land, I’m hoping to find a property that is partially wooded as well as cleared space for crops.
