I am currently a senior in college studying agribusiness at Delaware Valley University.
I have experience with greenhouse production of lettuce, tomatoes, herbs, cannabis, and ornamentals.

I am looking for a place to start working in field with hopes to buy a small parcel of land.

My name is Cheryl. I am 41 years old. For most of my life I owned a small farm and auto repair business. I worked as a mechanic during the week, and taught riding lessons on the weekend. And in my spare time I worked as a trail guide for a ranch for over 30 years. Everything ended when covid shut me down. I lost my company and my farm. The ranch has since closed as well. I have always been interested in the homestead lifestyle and starting my own horse trailer riding business. I am trying to find a farm owner willing to work with me on purchasing a farm.

I have 8 years of diversified organic vegetable farming experience. I am looking to start my own operation. I want to start an operation the is low-till with very intentional mechanization to maximize throughput and profit without compromising respect for labor or land.
Systems efficiency is my bread and butter. Standardize, streamline, and simplify.

Ideally looking for 5-10 acres in the Adams County area, preferably Fairfield or surrounding areas such as Orrtanna, Gettysburg; however will consider larger if within budget. Small farm property for horses, possible boarding and training business- current horse owners and daughter (currently in high school) planning equine vet career in college, so this would be a multigenerational farm to be passed down. Would like to incorporate a small agribusiness venture if possible, depending on location and zoning or a complimentary farming opportunity on property for crop production or hay production. Can be unimproved land, property needing clean up or work or current use. Ability to build one home eventually on property would be a bonus, but not required. Would love to find a property that was once used for horses and needs updating to bring it back to life and continue to be farm property instead of being developed!

My husband and I have 5 children and one one the way. We seek to grow as much food as we can for ourselves, our family and our neighbors. We are currently homesteading on 3.7 acres and have a small flock of dairy sheep that we rotationally graze (5 ewes and a ram), as well as a few dairy goats and a flock of laying hens. We are highly motivated to prevent the hostile take over of American farmland by entities that have no concern for the people of this country or for the health and well-being of our children. My husband and I are in our early thirties we have no background in farming prior to running our little homestead, but we are willing to learn and work hard, as hard as we can so that our children (and their children) have a future in this great state of Pennsylvania.
My grandpa grew up on a family farm in SE PA but left farming to work for a food corporation, and now two generations later we are trying to find our way back to farming real food for real people. My husband has a phd in math and is currently working as a data scientist. His work is fully remote so he is able to be very involved with the homestead chores. I previously worked as a communications coordinator for a nonprofit, I managed all the social media for that organization so I would be prepared to create marketing campaigns for any future farm endeavor via social media. I am currently a stay-at-home and homeschooling mom for our five soon to be six children.

I’m an aspiring young farmer committed to building a long-term, sustainable operation that I can live on and grow over time. My vision is to start with laying hens, meat goats, bees, and diverse vegetable crops, with a focus on regenerative practices and ethical animal care.

My goal is to create a productive, hands-on farm that supports both myself and my local community — eventually expanding into a full-time livelihood rooted in stewardship, hard work, and connection to the land. I’m looking for an opportunity to begin small, learn continuously, and develop a thriving farm I can call home for years to come.

Hello my name is Hannah May! My husband Blake and I have been looking for a farm for a year or two now. But with being so young and wanting to get into farming it’s super hard. We have a 10 month son that we want to be able to raise on a farm. I grew up on a fifty acre farm in PA so I understand the value of living on a farm! My husband has been around agriculture his whole life as well! I raised and showed pigs, goats, sheep steer, and chicken. We had 60,000 which we raised for Purdue!
We would love the opportunity to be able to partner with a farmer.

I was disabled as civilian combat support with the State Department in Iraq after 5 consecutive tours. I’m expecting to be setteling a decade long workers comp claim this next year and want to purchase PA farmland and begin a small farm with horses and small livestock. I was born and raised in PA, served as a Philadelphia City Solicitor and attended Penn State Law.
I am a beginner farmer with little experience but the desire and perseverance to realize a lifetime dream. I love animals and my 15 yr old son is ready to assist me on the farm, so this is for his future as well. I would ideally prefer between 20 to 40 acres of land, but I’m very flexible. I should have around $1M from my settlement to dedicate toward the purchase of a a farm and/or land.
