My husband and I dream of enough land to produce enough veggies and fruits to feed our family and sell. We would love to sell at a market or create a small farm shop to sell out of to include other handmade items such as woodwork, hand sewn, , sourdough products, bakery items, jellies etc. my husband grew up in the country where his family owned cattle, chickens, pigs,. I am skilled at sewing and can make almost anything from scratch. My husband is a skilled carpenter, was a welder all his life by trade.

Currently, my fiance and I are looking to create a farm in which we can be self sufficient and bring about community joy. We began this journey not knowing much about farming but through researching, volunteering, and planning, we have been able to cultivate ideas that work best for production and cultivation. We both share a deep love for animals and agriculture. On the weekends, we volunteer at our local farm ensuring that we learn the best practices for starting a farm. Some tasks we do include cleaning horse stalls, planting in greenhouses, and operating the small farm petting zoo. We have come to love these tasks so much that they have inspired us to take a leap of faith and begin planning our own farm.

My name is Nathan I am soon to be a father of 4 and before we moved to butler we had a homestead in Mercer county. I have experience raising Chickens, Quail and Ducks for eggs and meat. I also had rabbits for meat and fiber. We had gardens set up with containers, raised beds, grow bags and a small tower garden. My goal is to get into crop production to help not only feed my family but my community. I want to get started so I can register in agriculture for taxes and Business. This would give my family the opportunity to apply for farm loans to get the acreage we desire to have a functioning farm and help the community with local produce and eggs.

We have been doing backyard gardening for our family and sell some to our friends. We don’t own any land. We like to have a farm where we can raise some smaller livestock and grow some fresh vegetables..

My wife and I are seeking a long-term opportunity to live and manage a small, diversified farm or homestead, ideally one in transition to new caretakers. I’ve managed and worked on educational and organic farms across New England—most recently at the Good Life Center and Four Seasons Farm in Maine—and have several years of experience with vegetable growing, small livestock care, and farm stewardship. My wife is a teacher, writer, and experienced farm caretaker who has helped raised goats and tend gardens.
We’re drawn to farming as a way of life that blends care for the land with community and creativity, and we’re hoping to find a place where we can grow into long-term stewardship alongside those ready to pass their work on.

Hello, my name is Tyler. I am 22 years old and originally from Massachusetts now in New Hampshire. I have been farming for about 8 years originally growing tree fruits and now growing produce, primarily sweet corn. I am looking to start the next chapter of my farming career and interest in possibly mentoring under someone for a couple years in hopes of starting my own farm. I am open to and interested in all types of agriculture including both crop farming and livestock, I am also willing to relocate just about anywhere as opportunities in my area are very limited.

Engineering and bakery positions are currently held. With precision agriculture farming and bakery at the core of our ideas. A young couple with a plan to not depend on the commodity but to depend on the land. We hope to open our own farm and bakery, small scale, around 3 acres, with access for people, some wooded lot for firewood, and some to grow vegetable crops. We have experience with volunteering for 3 years and have grown our own crops across a variety of things. We are now saving capital to lease and require help. We wish to find like-minded people who can help us and us them when necessary to propel our future. And we believe Farm Link does just this. We have searched through the endless information, but Farm Link does it all. We hope to be able to discuss more.

I am currently an engineer working in the technology sector. I started a local urban farm when I was in high school – and I am now looking to bring the knowledge I have gained from the tech ecosystem to the agriculture space.

My grandparents were cattle farmers however, the land that they lived and farmed was rented and was not available to me when they were no longer able to farm the land. I am looking for a farm lease that includes a home in order to carry on their legacy. I do not have much experience directly but am excited to learn. My goals would be to create a diverse farm to include livestock and gardening that I would then intern sell at local farmers markets or a small farm store on the land. Additionally, I would like to produce enough product to donate to local food banks to ensure that even those struggling are able to provide fresh, safe quality food to their families.
