Currently live just outside of Philadelphia and looking for to lease 3-5 acres preferably in the surrounding area but willing to drive up to 1.5 hrs. Interested in longer term lease in order to set-up regenerative ag / agroforestry production system with emphasis on perennials, soil health, and biodiversity. I’m really interested in the idea of setting up a farm that improves the land and brings back biodiversity, while also being profitable, with lower input costs, and reliance on natural resources through improved nutrient and water cycles. Not looking to have any animals on the farm (at least to start).

I do not have currently have a farm (or any real practical experience), however have done a ton or research and am motivated to make it work. I’m only looking for a small farm to learn and develop an efficient production system. I currently work in financial services in and have two small children that I think would benefit massively from being and working on a farm. Happy to discuss business / marketing plan at request.
