I’d love to start a diversified market garden and, if land access allows, integrate livestock into the operation. I’m looking to partner with a landowner that’s interested in leasing land to a beginning farmer or has a vision for their land that they’d like to bring to life!
I’m a lifelong gardener, backyard chicken keeper, and recently laid off journalist looking to transition my career to agriculture. In October, I will have graduated from the Heartland Rodale Farmer Training Program with a certificate in Regenerative Agriculture from Kansas Wesleyan University. I’m planning to take everything I’ve learned back home to Pennsylvania and starting my own operation.

We are a family with young children looking for an opportunity to begin farming. We did not grow up on a family farm; however, my grandparents were dairy farmers which sparked a passion for farming and agriculture.
We currently raise a handful of small breed sheep, and I work in the Conservation/Agricultural consulting field in the Southeast/Southcentral part of the state. We have some farm experience working on several dairies and experience with processing/jugging milk.
Looking for a farm opportunity in which to gain experience, build equity, and the chance to raise our kids around a farm. Housing on the farm would be preferred.
Young couple with many years of farm experience looking for an opportunity to farm and build equity to eventually buy out farm. Both currently working off farm. Ideally an opportunity for the wife to stay home with family and care for farm animals possibly chickens and or other livestock/dairy animals. Husband would like to continue to work full time off the farm and farm on the side to build capital and equity. Eventually would love to farm full time if situation allows and income warrants.
Experience in all aspects of farm operation and anxious to start road to their own business and work towards the next generation being a part of it.
We currently operate a beef, crop and hay farm as well as manage a large horse farm and offer custom operator services.
We are always interested in local properties to grow our business. We began our business approximately 14 years ago. We have an 80 acre farm in Chester County and continue to grow by leasing and working with area landowners.
We are experienced, respectful and fair. We appreciate our landowners and honor a good working relationship.
