Landowner: 30144

We are planning to retire from farming at the end of the 2026 season and sell our farm after 35 years of farming. We would like to sell the farm at that time to a successor.

The farm has two houses and an apartment, plus a farm store, farm kitchen, and all the support structures. The production area is enclosed with permanent deer fencing. We have marketed all our production retail through the farm store, a 700-member fruit CSA, and at 4 farmers markets.

The farm is 22 acres of which 7-8 are in fruit production, 3 are in vegetable production, and 3 are under renovation for new fruit plantings. There is plenty of irrigation water from 2 wells. Ideally, we would like to sell the farm after working with the prospective buyer for a couple years, to allow for some training and to start new orchard plantings in keeping with the buyer’s vision of the future.

We may be able to get creative with financing for a buyer with a very good credit record. This is potentially a turnkey opportunity.
