Webinar Description
This interactive workshop is designed to help agricultural professionals better understand the unique challenges faced by today’s farming families—especially 3rd generation farmers returning to the land. Join us on September 25th at 10 am for a 1 hour discussion with up to 30 minutes of Q&A, to talk through practical insights, real-world examples, and open Q&A, participants will learn strategies to strengthen communication, build trust, and more effectively support farmers in navigating both professional and family dynamics.
Guest Speaker: Jennifer Schwytzer, LCSW
Jennifer is dedicated and passionate in supporting teens, adults, and couples. She creates a safe, welcoming environment and loves working collaboratively with her clients. Jennifer specializes in treating anxiety, depression, chronic illness, life transitions, and relationships.
Jennifer has a strong foundation in clinical modalities including CBT, EFT, and Motivational Interviewing. She is a certified Health and Life Coach and has a special interest in serving foster and adoptive parents. She’s also an IFTN Certified Succession Coordinator.
Outside of work, Jennifer spends time with family, friends, and her two adorable dogs, Nola and Lucerne. She and her husband have a farm and are busy restoring the old farmhouse with plans to raise livestock and pumpkins.
