Guest Speaker: Danny Jordan
Danny Jordan grew up in Southern Lancaster County, where the dairy industry shaped his strong work ethic and sense of community. After high school, he spent a year in volunteer service before entering the construction field. His entrepreneurial experience sparked a deeper interest in finance, leading him to earn a degree from Penn State and join Farm Credit in 2014. Since then, he’s advanced from the Credit Department to Lending, and in 2025 became a YBS Relationship Manager, specializing in support for beginning farmers. Outside of work, Danny enjoys running, hiking, and biking.
