The total acreage is 103 acres. Ten of those acres are developed into a bed and breakfast. The other 90 acres has not been farmed in a while.
Terrain is mostly hilly, though we would be willing to work with the farmer to alter it to suit their needs. Very interested in hydroponic farming. In terms of buildings there is a barn though it will need some repair work and there is no fencing. We are open to all kinds of inquiries.
We have 60 rooms total in the B&B and one house has about 5 bedrooms. Any of these buildings can be used as housing. The Inn will need repairs to update.
We are willing to partner/lease/sell with experienced farmers.
